Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) is seeking an IOP Therapist for a part-time evening position. The role offers hybrid work after training, combining days at the facility with remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, individual/group/family therapies, and timely documentation. Requires LPC/LSW or LCSW licensure, MSW or equivalent, and two years of IOP experience.

Qualifications

• Licensure: LPC, LSW or LCSW required.
• Education: MSW or master’s degree in a recognized mental health field required.
• Experience: Two years of IOP experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to document patient history and identify treatment focus by interviewing patient and family.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with concise, realistic goals.
• Provide individual, group and family therapies and conduct didactic groups using various modalities.
• Document treatment provided in the medical record timely and legibly.
• Attend treatment team meetings and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
