Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field required.
• Experience with psychiatric mental health populations preferred.
• Licensure as LCSW or LPC required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services in outpatient settings.
• Deliver group psychotherapy and psychoeducation as scheduled.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Participate in discharge planning and case management.
• Coordinate crisis intervention with hospital staff and referrals.
• Liaise with referral sources and other departments as needed.
