Job summary

You will conduct psychosocial assessments and provide individual, family and group counseling as part of comprehensive care. The position requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work and active Florida licensure (LMHC or LCSW).

Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctoral in Social Work.
• Current license from State of Florida required for LMHC and LCSW to deliver outpatient services.
• Minimum of one year of direct clinical experience in family, individual and group therapy.
• CPR certification and successful completion of restraining procedures training within 30 days of employment.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (TJC, AHCA, OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and run an evening IOP Tele-health program.
• Provide counseling services for patients and families, individuals and groups.
• Interview and develop psychosocial histories; assess therapeutic needs and create treatment objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for patients and families and liaise with external agencies for discharge planning.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate patient care and advocacy.
