Job summary

Talentify is seeking an inventory support associate to maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse operations. You will conduct cycle counts, manage item setup, and work with the Warehouse Management System to resolve discrepancies.

The role offers 3-12 hour shifts with a favorable balance; starting pay is $20/hour plus up to $4/hour with attendance incentives, and benefits become available after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus one year office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining accurate inventory records to prevent discrepancies.
• Promotes a safe work environment and reports safety concerns.
• Conducts annual site cycle counts and prepares inventory reports.
• Allocates product to storage, verifies locations, and resolves discrepancies.
• Coordinates inbound/outbound activities and supports packaging changes.
