Job summary

White Cap in Perris, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to manage warehouse inventory, audit cycles, and ensure accuracy. You will receive products from vendors, run daily inventory reports, and communicate issues to buyers.

Requirements include a HS Diploma or GED, 2–5 years in inventory roles, ERP/Oracle experience, and forklift certification preferred. Schedule Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM; on-site work.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2–5 years of experience in inventory control/audit roles.
• Experience with inventory management, ERP, or warehouse systems preferred.
• Familiarity with receiving processes and quality control procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve issues, adjustments, and discrepancies per procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow up on adjustments and cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables and review allocations.
• Receive products from vendors and check for quality; communicate issues to buyers.
• Maintain quality control and inventory control manuals; promote safety.
