Job summary

White Cap is seeking a warehouse Inventory Control professional in California to manage and monitor inventory accuracy. You will audit daily orders, receive products from vendors, and coordinate quality checks with buyers, while maintaining control manuals and safety practices.

The role supports a 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM schedule, works on-site in Perris, and requires 2–5 years in inventory roles with ERP or warehouse systems proficiency.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, auditing, or reconciliation.
• Proficiency with inventory management, ERP or warehouse systems (e.g., Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Audits inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Resolves issues, discrepancies, and adjustments per internal controls.
• Maintains inventory accuracy; follows up on adjustments and reviews cycle counts.
• Maintains time control tables and allocates resources as needed.
• Receives products from vendors to check quality and communicates issues to buyers.
• Maintains quality control and inventory control manuals.
• Promotes safety and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
