Ideal candidates will have 1-4 years in customer service, a bachelor's degree, and strong multitasking abilities, ideally in logistics or supply chain. A bilingual capability in English and Spanish is a plus. The role requires on-site presence 3 days a week and offers a supportive, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Logistics, supply chain, or intermodal industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities
