Flowers Foods, Inc. in Bradenton, FL seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2 PM–10:30 PM shift. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and uphold safety and quality standards across bakery operations.

Strong candidates have experience in HVAC, welding, electrical work, and industrial equipment, and are able to rotate assignments while pursuing ongoing training to keep pace with evolving technology.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Learn and demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, and general shop practices
• Perform proper component lubrication and assist with preventive maintenance, as needed
• Practice learned knowledge of environmental and maintenance programs
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
• Perform other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures
• Possess or attain licenses required by their respective municipal, county/ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and various other job-related equipment
