• Ability to rotate across bakery maintenance areas and learn evolving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool usage.
• Maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components.
• Rebuild drive components such as clutches and brakes.
• Inspect electrical and mechanical systems and troubleshoot failures.
• Use SAP for parts checkout, reporting, and data entry.
• Keep work area clean and compliant with safety policies.
