Job summary

Summit Building Services is seeking a reliable commercial cleaner to help maintain an industrial building in Delaware. The role includes cleaning offices, common areas, restrooms, and break rooms, with 15 hours weekly, after 5pm, at a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug test and background check. Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, or janitorial work is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete job specifications for assigned buildings and clean offices and common areas (desks, tabletops, dusting, vacuuming, mopping).
• Clean floors, restrooms (restock dispensers, sanitize fixtures, trash), and spot-clean glass.
• Maintain equipment and order supplies; organize areas and janitor's closet.
• Use the communication book to request consumables and share facility information.
• Communicate with Area Manager regarding timekeeping, supplies, and client requests.
• Follow health and safety regulations; perform additional duties as assigned.
