Job summary

Summit Building Services in Youngstown, OH seeks a part-time commercial cleaning associate to maintain a clean, well-kept public building. The role covers daily floor care, restroom upkeep, consumables management and disinfection, with 21 hours weekly—Mon through Sat after 8pm.

• You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete job specifications for assigned buildings: clean offices and common areas, disinfect surfaces, dust and mop floors, restrooms maintenance, waste handling and glass cleaning.
• Maintain equipment and order supplies.
• Maintain organization of assigned areas and janitorial closet cleanliness.
• Use the communication book to request consumables and share facility information.
• Communicate with Area Manager about timekeeping, supplies, client requests, and other issues.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
