Job summary

Summit Building Services in Euclid, OH is seeking a part-time janitorial associate to maintain a commercial office building, including private offices, conference rooms and kitchen spaces.

The role requires reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Pay is $16.50 hourly for 2 hours weekly on Tuesdays 8am–10am.

You will clean offices and common areas, restrooms, floors, and help maintain supplies and equipment in a safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to Euclid, OH.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and common areas: disinfect desks, dust, vacuum, mop.
• Clean floors: dust mop, damp mop, sweep and vacuum.
• Clean restrooms: restock, sanitize fixtures, empty trash.
• Spot clean glass, windows and other surfaces as needed.
• Maintain equipment and order supplies.
• Keep janitor’s closet organized and report needs to Area Manager.
• Follow health and safety regulations and perform additional duties.
