Job summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is hiring Behavioral Technicians to provide in-home and community support to children with developmental disabilities in Hackensack, NJ. The role includes offering emotional support, implementing Individual Support Plans, and participating in ongoing training.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and hold or be working towards relevant certifications. Opportunities for professional growth and a $300 sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Must be working towards receiving their Registered Behavioral Technician Certification
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children and families.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the client.
• Implement strategies outlined in each child’s Individual Support Plan.
