Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services affiliate SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician for in-home services in Marysville. The role delivers ABA-based therapy to youth with developmental disabilities, 1:1 in home or community settings, under supervision.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4pm–7pm, with a focus on progress tracking, data collection, and collaboration with supervising BCBA. Valid CBT certification and a driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Must have a CBT certificate.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Follow Company Policy and Procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
