Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English with patients, visitors and hospital staff.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide both clinical and administrative support on the unit to ensure patient care.
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, bed-making, patient transport and specimen handling.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and complete forms for daily use and referrals between departments.
