Job summary

Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Inc. is seeking a production line operator to drive the manufacturing process, meet quality specs, and work within a fast-paced dairy environment.

You will ensure products meet customer specifications, uphold hygiene and GMP standards, and collaborate closely with teammates to maintain production flow. The role requires the ability to work multiple shifts, a high school diploma or GED, and strong problem-solving skills; prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ages 18 or older.
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• One-year related experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain hygiene, GMP and safety standards.
• Coordinate breaks, lunches and rotations for the local team.
• Ensure line and packaging are cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Report faults and issues to maintenance and next shift.
