Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream Inc. is seeking a machine operator to ensure clean, well-maintained equipment and accurate production. You will follow SOPs, read manuals, and maintain hygiene and food safety in a fast-paced, dairy environment.

The role requires good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, strong interpersonal communication, and willingness to work multiple shifts. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• One-year related experience (preferred).
