Job summary

Harborview at Doylestown is seeking a reliable Housekeeper for an evening shift to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will clean resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas; restock supplies; follow infection-control procedures; and work with nursing and facility teams.

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Healthcare or long‑term care experience is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working around residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash
• Restock housekeeping and sanitation supplies
• Follow established infection-control and safety procedures
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment properly
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests
• Maintain resident privacy and treat all residents with dignity and respect
• Work cooperatively with nursing and other facility departments
