Job summary

Grand Hyatt Denver is seeking a Hotel Maintenance professional for the 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm) to handle general maintenance across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas. You will respond to guest room calls promptly and perform mechanical repairs in kitchens and building spaces, while upholding high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Technical Experience in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC/Refrigeration, Paint & Wallcovering.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Good communication with guests, clients and hotel staff.
• Ability to follow safety and security policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Two to three years of hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, meeting spaces, public and back-of-house areas.
• Respond to guest room calls promptly and professionally.
• Perform mechanical repairs in kitchens, mechanical spaces, and building exteriors/interiors.
• Communicate effectively and stay self-motivated during low call periods.
