Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Nashville is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled preventative maintenance, repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, and keep guest room areas clean and well-maintained. You will also document work orders and manage pool systems and equipment to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of maintenance experience (hotel experience preferred), can lift 25 lbs regularly, and are willing to work on-site with

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally; able to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
