Role Description

The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities and systems. This role includes performing routine inspections, addressing guest room and common area maintenance requests, and ensuring equipment and building systems operate reliably. Daily tasks involve diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, completing repairs, and documenting work performed. The Maintenance Technician also conducts preventive maintenance on equipment and infrastructure, coordinates with vendors when needed, and follows safety standards and company policies. This position works closely with hotel operations and other team members to minimize downtime, support guest satisfaction, and maintain a clean, functional, and comfortable environment.
