Job summary

Comfort Suites Mt. Juliet is seeking a friendly Hotel Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, check them in, manage reservations, and provide information about rooms and amenities.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, handle guest accounts, and respond to inquiries while delivering outstanding service. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a professional appearance to uphold our high hospitality standards at the Mt. Juliet property.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in hospitality preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems preferred.
