Job summary

The Tru/ Home2 Suites by Hilton Flagstaff is seeking a part-time Hotel Cook. You will work 2-3 shifts weekly (Friday through Monday, 5pm–10pm) at $20 per hour with higher pay possible for experienced candidates. A minimum of one year in food and beverage is required, focusing on prep, plating, and timely service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of food and beverage experience.
• Kitchen and food prep knowledge including plating and presentation.
• Ability to work 2–3 shifts per week, Fri–Mon, 5pm–10pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks food with attention to presentation.
• Knows menu, recipes, prep procedures, portions and special handling instructions.
• Keeps inventory controls, labels, dates, and storage organized.
• Maintains clean workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Ensures proper storage and handling of dry and refrigerated items.
