Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale North/Perimeter Center is hiring a Morning Hotel Cook. Start rate is $20/hour; experienced candidates may qualify for higher wages. Availability Monday–Friday, 5am–11am required, with 1+ year of cooking experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience.
• Must be available to work 4–5 days a week, Monday–Friday, 5am–11am.
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks food, ensuring attractive plate presentation.
• Possesses complete knowledge of menu and recipes, including prep procedures and portions.
• Maintains FIFO inventory controls and dates all incoming products.
• Keeps lines and storage stocked with items needed for service.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and sanitizes surfaces and equipment daily.
• Organizes and maintains food storage areas, dry and refrigerated.
