Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in hotels, restaurants or related fields.
• Certifications as required by federal, state, or local agencies.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, stocks and organizes work station for production of food items.
• Prepares items according to menu standards and stores them properly.
• Uses kitchen tools and equipment including knives, scales, and ovens.
• Maintains FIFO stock management and reports shortages.
