Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize food prep areas, surfaces, utensils and equipment.
• Prepare food items by following recipes and portion controls.
• Cook multiple orders efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist with cleaning, stocking and organizing kitchen storage areas.
• Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients for orders.
• Operate large volume cooking equipment (mixer, ovens, grills, fryers).
• Read order tickets and prepare food according to requirements.
• Verify that prepared food meets quality, portion and presentation standards.
• Follow recipes and assist with nightly specials and menu planning.
