Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Willing to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications per state requirements.
• Past customer service in a fast-paced environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Manage guest flow and waitlists when necessary.
• Provide menus and answer initial questions about restaurant/services.
• Escort guests to tables or seating areas and optimize seating rotation.
• Engage with seated guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond to feedback and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Answer calls, take reservations accurately, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and current specials.
• Collaborate with bussers, cooks, and staff to ensure seamless service.
