Chick-fil-A is seeking part-time Team Members in Jacksonville to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Positions include evening shifts (2PM–5PM start times) and required weekend availability, with a friendly, teamwork-focused environment and opportunities for growth.

Benefits include a fun workplace, flexible scheduling, mentorship from experienced Operators and Leaders, and scholarship opportunities. Applicants must be 16+ and able to work up to 29 hours per week.

At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type:

• Part-time (up to 29 hours per week)

Evening Availability:

• Shifts starting at: 2PM, 3PM, 4PM, or 5PM
• Must be available through closing 1-2x Monday-Thursday, Friday and Saturday
• Must be available on Saturdays
• Mid-Shifts starting earlier are always welcome
