Job summary

Chick-fil-A Jacksonville is seeking Team Members to provide an exceptional dining experience in a friendly, people-focused environment. You will work under an independent Owner/Operator, greet guests, take orders, and help maintain fast, accurate service.

This Full-time role (32–45 hours/week) requires availability on mornings and Saturdays; must be 18+ or have a HS diploma/GED. Benefits include flexible scheduling, scholarship opportunities, and growth with experienced Operators.

Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type:

• Full-time (32-45 hours per week)

Day-time Availability:

• Shifts starting at: 5AM, 6AM, 7AM or 8AM
• Shifts ending at: 3PM, 4PM or 5PM
• Must be available on Saturdays
• Must have 80 hours of availability to qualify for full-time
• Must be 18 years or old or have a high school diploma or GED equivalent to qualify for full-time.
