Job summary

Chick-fil-A Chantilly is seeking a Front of House Team Member to join a friendly, guest-focused team. This part-time, non-seasonal role emphasizes smiles, eye contact, enthusiastic communication and building positive connections with guests.

You will work a flexible schedule including Saturdays, with opportunities to learn from experienced Operators and Leaders, while developing teamwork, reliability and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Availability on Saturdays.
• Minimum three weekdays plus Saturday; at least 10 hours per week.
• Able to commit for 12 months from day of hire.
• Reliability and a cheerful, positive attitude.
• Customer service oriented and loves helping others.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain eye contact and communicate clearly.
