Chick-fil-A in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Front of House Team Member to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service in a fast-paced, guest‑centered environment. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience while upholding the brand’s standards.

This role offers afternoon/evening shifts, Sundays off, and opportunities to grow under experienced leadership, with a focus on teamwork, development, and a friendly, customer‑first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Must be available for afternoon/evening shifts including Saturdays and through closing.
• Must be able to provide friendly, attentive guest service and maintain Chick-fil-A standards.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Position Type:

• Full-time (32-45 hours per week)

Afternoon & Evening Availability:

• Shifts starting at: 2PM, 3PM, 4PM
• Must be available through closing
• Must be available on Saturdays
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of availability to qualify for full-time
• Must be 18 years or old or have a high school diploma or GED equivalent to qualify for full-time.
