Job summary

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
• PM availability with late shifts (4:00pm–12:00am).

Responsibilities

• Submit guest menu selections and present beverage preferences.
• Make recommendations from Hyatt’s cuisine and drink offerings.
• Engage guests with casual conversation to create a unique bar experience.
• Perform general restaurant preparation and maintain sanitary standards.
