Qualifications

• Experience in a food and beverage setting is required or preferred.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and service techniques highly preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and offer personalized food and drink recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and communicate dietary needs to kitchen/bar clearly.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with attention to quality and presentation.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address needs throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
• Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain clean and organized bar and dining areas; restock as needed.
• Assist in resetting dining area for next service and support training sessions.
