Loews Arlington Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Bar Server to create exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, menu expertise, and beverage recommendations. You will work with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service in a vibrant dining environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in food and beverage, strong guest engagement, and a flexible schedule to support nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires previous experience in food & beverage and strong guest engagement.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of menu offerings and service etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and communicate dietary needs to kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages with quality and presentation.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, specials, pairings, and preparation methods.
• Process payments accurately; handle cash and cards.
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and team members for smooth operations.
