Qualifications

• Experience in gathering information through questioning, interviews, and document review.

Responsibilities

• Patrols buildings, grounds, and adjacent areas to guard against trespass, theft, and damage.
• Manage visitor flow, traffic controls, and parking enforcement on hospital grounds.
• Provide security duties such as screening visitors and directing traffic.
• Provide personal protection and investigate suspicious activities.
• Assist with custodial supervision of medically ill or mentally ill clients and escorts to appointments.
• Coordinate maintenance of firefighting equipment and alarm systems; report defects.
• Monitor switchboard, gauges, and alarms; take action during malfunctions.
• Prepare reports on investigations and incidents during duty tours.
• Preserve crime scenes and serve court summons as directed.
