Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City is seeking a Regular Full-time Security Guard for the Evening shift (Fri-Tue). You will respond to emergencies, perform patrols, document incidents, and enforce campus safety protocols. A NYS Security Guard License is required, with additional NYC Fire Guard certification preferred.

• Minimum one year in a customer service or related environment.
• 18-hour mandatory security class, plus 16-hour class within first three months of employment.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Controls internal and external traffic; enforces rules to maintain safety and order.
• Assists with enrollment and liaison between physician offices and insurance payors as needed.
