Qualifications

• Must speak, read and comprehend English.
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Excellent customer-service and compassionate patient interaction.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient trays to correct floors or units.
• Verify patient identity before service.
• Take patient orders in person and over the phone.
• Assist in the dish room and restock as needed.
• Assist with opening containers and cutting food upon request.
• Attend allergy and foodborne illness in-service trainings.
• Adhere to Trinity Health policies and procedures.
