Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend basic written instructions in English.
• 3+ months of cleaning experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Must safely move, lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must work with cleaning chemicals in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Receive cleaning assignments and prepare materials and supplies.
• Clean and disinfect areas using appropriate solutions.
• Strip beds, replace linens, and dispose of waste.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors; arrange furniture.
• Inspect area for cleanliness and report needed repairs.
• Return unused supplies to storage and maintain carts.
