Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and follow simple English instructions.
• 18 years of age or older to perform this role.
• 3–6 months of housekeeping/houseworker experience preferred.
• Other education/experience may substitute if no certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs standard cleaning procedures in hospital areas, patient rooms, and buildings.
• Moves furniture and sets up meeting rooms as needed.
• Burnishes floors and cleans floors with machines and mops.
• Disposes trash and maintains bathrooms and fixtures.
• Ensures safe, clean and healthy environment for patients and staff.
