Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience: Previous food service, cafeteria, hospitality, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer needs and concerns.
• Assist with food preparation, meal assembly, and food service operations.
• Set up, stock, and maintain food service stations for meal periods.
• Assemble patient meal trays accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in cafeteria and retail dining areas.
• Deliver and retrieve meal trays as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and food service stations.
• Follow HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards.
• Monitor inventory and notify supervisors of shortages or issues.
• Participate in department meetings, training programs, and in-service education sessions.
