Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up food service, kitchen, or salad area facilities, equipment, and utensils according to area needs.
• Transport food and supplies from main kitchen to serving sites.
• Set up hot and cold food lines and ensure proper temperatures.
• Prepare or assist in making hot and cold dishes, beverages, salads, and bakery items.
• Serve food items to customers with appropriate portions and garnishes.
• Replenish foods, silverware, and condiments at serving stations.
