Mass General Brigham in Boston, MA, is seeking a dedicated Hospital Environmental Services worker to support daily cleaning and sanitation at our Cambridge Street facility. This full-time evening shift runs from 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, and you will perform floor care, dusting, window cleaning, waste sanitation, and event setup as part of a patient-centered team.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and 2–3 years of hospital cleaning experience.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals used in hospitals/healthcare centers.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and comprehension skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sweep, mop, wax, strip, and polish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and windows; clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty and sanitize waste receptacles; report maintenance needs.
• Set up tables, chairs, and equipment for events and activities.
• Identify and report building maintenance needs.
