Job summary

Trinity Health seeks a Full-time Environmental Services Aide for the evening shift. You will clean and service internal and external premises, maintaining sanitary, attractive, and orderly conditions while embodying Trinity Health's mission, vision, and values in daily work.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and the use of detergents or germicides per procedures. You will report repairs, log shift activities, and assist with linen handling in a collaborative hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or high school equivalency.
• Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
• Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and aseptic conditions in assigned area by vacuuming, scouring, dust mopping, high dusting, making beds, removing trash/linen, washing walls and ceilings.
• Use detergents, germicides or other supplies as recommended and follow procedures.
• Maintains a clean and neat station, cart, closet and equipment.
• Reports needed equipment repairs to the Supervisor.
• Logs activities throughout work shift as required paperwork at the end of shift.
• Collects soiled linen or distributes clean linen, as needed.
• Other duties as needed and assigned by the manager.
• Adheres to applicable laws and Trinity Health policies.
