Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an RN Case Manager for the Hospice team in Washington. You will coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care, guide patient progress toward clinical and cost-effective outcomes, and contribute to a best-in-class nursing environment.

We seek a registered nurse with WA licensure, BLS, and hospice experience; advanced degrees are a plus. This role offers a 7 on 7 off schedule with 5pm–5am shifts and a strong emphasis on professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher; RN license in Washington.
• Advanced nursing degree preferred; BLS certification required.
• Hospice experience preferred; other nursing experience considered.
• Strong clinical knowledge and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating ongoingly.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and cost efficiency.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
