Job summary

Accendra Health in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Patient Service Technician to deliver and pick up medical equipment for homecare patients. You will set up devices and instruct patients on proper use to ensure safe, effective home care.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of related experience, and a valid driver's license. A minimum 3-year driving history is required, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
• At least one-year related work experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of hire.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and picks up equipment from homecare patients.
• Sets up equipment and instructs patients on the basic use of equipment.
• Assists patients in solving problems regarding equipment use.
• Schedules and organizes daily deliveries and pickups according to geographic territory.
• Loads and unloads durable medical or infusion equipment, oxygen and medical supplies onto delivery vehicle.
• Completes necessary paperwork including logs and forms.
• Maintains daily vehicle maintenance logs and incident reports.
