Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes. You will provide direct care according to the plan of care and help with daily activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.

This role offers flexible scheduling (Full-time/Part-time/PRN/Weekends), competitive pay with benefits, and a Daily Pay option. A valid CNA/STNA/HHA certificate and at least one year of experience are required, plus a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• CNA or STNA or HHA certificate required.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Required.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings.
• Aiding with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
