Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide in Indiana to support patients at home with a full range of care, comfort, and dignity.

You will provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and document findings as part of the plan of care. CNA/HHA certification required; one year of experience preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• CNA or STNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate required.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document notes about a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance per the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings as directed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.

As a Home Health Aide, you will be:

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for a Home Health Aide with us, you will need:

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, required
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Required
