Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide direct patient care in clients' homes, following the plan of care and accurately documenting vital signs and changes in condition.

You will assist with activities of daily living and report any health changes promptly, ensuring compassionate, dignity-centered care. Flexible PRN shifts support work-life balance and community-based care delivery.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience within the last two (2) years.
• STNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status
