Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a part-time Home Health Aide (HHA) in Indiana to support patients in their homes M-F with 25 hours per week. An HHA or CNA/STNA certificate is required, with at least one year of health care experience.

You will provide hands-on care and monitor patients' conditions. You will obtain vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and document findings, ensuring compassionate, personalized care.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate required.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements; document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, etc.).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
