Lemontree Healthcare is seeking a dedicated EVS Housekeeper to join Norwalk Community Hospital in Norwalk, CA. This full-time role covers evenings 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday with every other weekend, ensuring patient rooms and public areas are clean and safe.

Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfection, floor care, waste and linen handling, inventory, safety compliance, and patient interaction while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in healthcare housekeeping is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & disinfection of patient rooms, bathrooms, offices, and halls.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages to EVS Supervisor.
• Follow PPE protocols and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Provide friendly service to patients, visitors, and staff while protecting confidentiality.
• Report cleanliness or safety concerns to EVS Supervisor or Manager.
• Adhere to facility policies and infection prevention protocols.
